Dear Members of ISOC-HK Limited,

The AGM of the company will be held on 8-Mar-2009 (Sun). We will also hold our first EXCO election in this meeting. The agenda and details of the election are attached below.

Executive Committee (EXCO) Election

Our EXCO election is to be held in the coming AGM. There will be five seats opened - 4 for full members and 1 for general members (Note 1). Since we have no general member at this time, effectively only 4 seats for full members is open for competition.

Any interested member can submit their nomination with the following details on or before 5 March 2009

  • Full name of Nominee (candidate)
  • Full name of one Nominator
Note 1:
According to the Article of Association #56 and #59, the EXCO has 9 seats, with 4 seats are appointed by EXCO holding office and rest 5 seats shall be elected by the General Meeting. The 5 seats include 4 full members and 1 general member.
